Actually got maintenance for the controller, new kickstand, and a new front tire/rim. The repair/maintainence service was great here in New York City. Online appointment set-up easy. Quick response on issues and repair options. And quick repair with super support and discussion with the manager. You guys rock!

Didn't realize my scooter tired had balled so badly but after the tube inside popped, I replaced the tire and tube and within 15 mins I was back on the road! Rides great and I feel way more secure.

The representative that I spoke to about my warranty for my scooter told me that a new tire would not be included with my repair. They told me I MUST purchase a new tire, so I did. Once I got the invoice for my scooter to be returned, I came to find out that a new tire/Tube was included. So this was just an extra charge for no reason. Horrible customer service.

It's not my scooter. It's my son's. I would think the front tire, if solid -- no inner tube -- would make for a pretty rough ride. No cushioning, but we were just having to replace the tire -- and sometimes even the rim -- too often. We're so grateful for Fluid, even though it's across the Bay. The people are so nice: Sam, Lewis and Alex. Thanks to all of them! I thought I'd sent in this review. Sorry for the delay. Take care ... KELLY
