Quick response on issues and repair options. And quick repair with super support and discussion with the manager. You guys rock!”

“The representative that I spoke to about my warranty for my scooter told me that a new tire would not be included with my repair. They told me I MUST purchase a new tire, so I did. Once I got the invoice for my scooter to be returned, I came to find out that a new tire/Tube was included. So this was just an extra charge for no reason. Horrible customer service.”

“It's not my scooter. It's my son's. I would think the front tire, if solid -- no inner tube -- would make for a pretty rough ride. No cushioning, but we were just having to replace the tire -- and sometimes even the rim -- too often.
We're so grateful for Fluid, even though it's across the Bay. The people are so nice: Sam, Lewis and Alex. Thanks to all of them!
