“I Have a Mantis King GT and the main steerIng bolt that was originally installed is too short. This is extremely dangerous, so I called and spent almost $50 to get the correct steering bolt. Tge bolt they sent was actually shorter than the original, so I’m out $50 and my steering on my scooter is still very dangerous. I’m not gonna lie, I am disappointed. I dont know what to do now as this was supposed to be the place that helped me when i needed any sprt of replacement parts. The website is a bear to navigate so I called, the representative tried to help and was friendly. Even tho my issue is still a very dangerous problem I will continue to try to work with them. The steering bolt beig too sort on the Mantis King GT is a massive oversight by Kaabo and it leads me to NOT recommend their products. They should be reaching out aggressively to everyone who purchased one of these to remedy a potentially fatal mistake.”
