“I went to the Brooklyn store to get a recently purchased used Wide Wheel serviced. Then I met Chuck. Chuck, Chuck, Chuck... lol and he and he was like, "you should try one of these other scoots. I resisted at first telling him I wasn't searching for another scooter. Chuck, pleasantly I must add, said "just take it for a spin"..... the rest is history. I ended up buying a light and foldable handlebars as well. Not only did Chuck and his team give me a discount on the Wide Wheel servicing, he sold me a dream machine that I absolutely love!!!!!!!! So glad I bought the wide wheel because had I not, I would have never needed it serviced and ended up in BK and met Chuck. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the game and searching for an e scooter- go see my boy Chuck over in BK!”
