“So I got a flat. Totally ruined the rim (along with the both rotors...don't ask) trying to remove it. The techs at Fluid Brooklyn along with Super Chuck hooked me up with a new motor and rotors. Ride threw an error code. Chuck called up the ladder. Got the word to trade my V2 for a Pro(with just the price difference to pay). Awesome service all the way. Thanks for getting me back on the road!
Now if only the Pro buttons lit up so I know when I'm in Eco or Single Motor modes.”
