“I purchased the wolf warrior 11 which is a fabulous scooter. After 10 days and 110 miles the rear motor failed. No big deal things happen but it took over 7 weeks to recieve a replacement. Once the replacement came there was no valve stem so I had to pay for a new one and wait another 10 days. It's a great scooter but really disappointing it was down for over 2 months. I also received no update except for when Inquired about the status, which was extremely frustrating.”
“Everything worked out as I hoped. The guy who is in charge of the Brooklyn store was very helpful and friendly. I would try to avoid sending your scooter in during the summer, if possible. They are very busy with repairs and it took two weeks to get my scooter back. If you can wait for another time of year when it's cold and people aren't riding as much, I'm sure the turn around time will not be as long. Thanks guys!”
“Service sucks. Rear motor has many wires that came from your corporation as the one need to be replaced only has three main wires. I have been waiting for a video on what to do it's been going on months now.”
