I am a research guy. It takes me months to make a buying decision. I have absolutely zero buyers remorse in regards to the wide wheel. I purchased two. One for me and my wife so we can ride with the kids. My daughter started this in Feb and My son got his Horizon last month. We are thinking about starting a scooter gang, if anyone in Florida wants to join us. The wide wheel with the limit off sprints up to around 25 MPH with my 245 pounds on it. In low speed it is just as torquey but limits how fast you can go. I ride 5-10 miles when we go out and it is super comfortable and I don't think I have run it down to half a charge yet. I am not one for the app and do appreciate putting the money into the power and suspension, That is what you enjoy while on the ride. I would think anything additional would be distracting from keeping your eyes on the road, at 25 mph, things are moving very fast. Peter was great with communication as everyone notes. I do always have to put in one item I feel could be improved on...The bell. Love the electric bell on the Horizon, the bell on the wide wheel is a little sad. If you are on the fence with buying a real adult scooter, this is the one. I feel it is one of the best values in the market today.

What a great ride! I'm 225lbs (I purchased the sleeve neck separately) and can cruise on the dual motor scooter unbelievably fast and with quick accelerations. I got 2, for my partner and friends and I'm so glad I did. Everyone loves it. On my first run, I went about 15 miles and only used about half of the battery (as indicated on digital screen and percentage icons) It's very smooth on pavement and handles bumps or speed humps unbelievably well. Hills are no problem at all. It literally doesn't slow down even at 15-20 degrees. I can see that they invested more in power (other than useless apps etc) which is exactly what I'm looking for. The wide wheel seems much more stable than the competitors that I've tried. Breaking is fast too. Turning off ECO mode and trying power mode made a big difference but honestly, ECO mode is more than enough power. There's not one bad thing I can say about the scooter. I've seen comments about how heavy is it but personally, that's what I was looking for (50lbs) I've had to contact customer service a couple times and Peter has been awesome and quick to respond. Hopefully I'll never need to use the extended warranty protection I purchased but it's great to know that I'd something does happen, I'm covered. I love this scooter and it's one of the best purchases I've made!

This is my first time owning a scooter and it's very fun to ride it. My wife and I enjoyed ridind this wide wheel scooter yesterday at the park and we couldn't get enough of it. It's very fast and smooth since it's equipped with dual suspension. I got the dual motor scooter and it's worth the money. Peter was very helpful explaining about the shipping since my purchase was a pre-order but I got my scooter on time. Thanks to Peter for doing a great job while helping with the shipping of my scooter. My advise to anyone buying this wide wheel scooter is wear a helmet try to keep the scooter clean after each ride because it's easy to do with some wipes and it's a beautiful design scooter that can turn heads on the street as well. I only wish that the scooter had a built in speedometer reading as an extra feature but everything else is wonderful and perfect.

First off.. Thanks to Peter for the great service he has provided thus far (super fast responses via messenger even on weekends). Positives: 1) Snappy acceleration 2) Fast.. I mean this little bad boy is faster on local street than driving my car. (then again I live in NYC so that may not be saying too much) 3) Built-in speed unlock without modifying (that's the mode I will mainly use) I was able to hit 28 MPH max and 25 MPH sustained. I'm at 165 lbs. 4) Quality Build Negatives: 1) Same like how most feel here. Needs a digital interface for modes and speedometer. 2) Suspension is rough. Would be great to either include shocks on next update or as an optional add-on. I don't mind paying a bit more. Anyway to adjust it? 3) Need to be able to add a bike light and phone holder but handlebar does have enough room to add both. Even had to sacrifice the included bell in order to add phone holder. Have included some Pics for reference.

Thanks for the review Dennis! much appreciated. There is no way to adjust the suspension but it will get a little softer over time. Do note that the bike light we sell is easily detachable in case you want to mount it on the handle bar folding cuffs. Alternatively you can also attach it to the vertical stem to save some space...

Let's start off by saying I am a big boy. I'm 285lbs, and this thing gets me moving quickly and efficiently. Power is spot on. It can get me to 25mph, and has no issues keeping me above 18 even going up hills. Ride quality is good, and I love the suspension. I live on dirt road that is about 1/4 mile, and then I hit pavement. It's excellent for short trips, and I am looking at putting a small luggage rack on it for little things I could need. But I'll think about how I am going to do that and make it easily removable as this thing will probably be going everywhere with me from now on. I haven't truly tested battery capacity, but going 2.5 miles down the road puts a small dent in the battery capacity. I love the scooter, and believe it is a good choice for someone's first scooter as well.
