“I upgraded to the Quick 4 after getting a Inokim Light 2 from Fluid Free Ride (wife wanted it). The ride is amazing and definitely great for longer commutes around the NYC area. I had one issue with the throttle sticking, but Jose and Aaron/Chuck helped me resolve it quickly (Fluid's support is top notch). The suspension makes it a really comfortable riding experience, and I even took it over a street that was being repaved and it handled it with ease.”

“I'm a fairly small person and the Quick 4 fits my needs well. Performance is incredible, even on hills, and the suspension does a pretty good job of cushioning the ride. Reports about oscillation at the upper factory speed limit of 25 KPH are true. But it's connected to the short, wide deck, which is extremely sensitive to side-to-side tilt. Ride the scooter with your feet 90 degrees to the direction of travel, see what a little press with your toes can do, and you'll feel more in control. Perpendicular foot placement also helps with carving, which can make this scooter kinda fun. I want to thank the folks at Fluid Free Ride SF -- especially Sam, the mechanic -- where they not only made it possible to test ride their scooters before buying, they also put zero pressure on me to buy and gave me honest answers to all my questions.”

“Ordered an Inokim Quick 4. Arrived and did not work from the very beginning. Would not turn on. Fortunately fluid free ride Agreed to replace it and sent me a return authorization form. They then sent me a new scooter, which this time it worked. However, it arrived in a configuration which only allowed it to Max Out at 15 mph Which is contrary to the specs and their advertisements has a 25 mph scooter. I believe it is a foreign version, not the US version. They did not give me any Instructions on how to configure it to be the US version, which is supposed to reach 25 mph. Called and left messages. Then later same day, I went out and messed with the buttons next to the display and accidentally found a hidden menu which enabled me to pump it up to 25 mph. The next day, fluid free ride reached out to me to try to help, but I had already figured it out. Hopefully they are sending these instructions out to all new customers if they are receiving the foreign version of the quick 4. Other than these issues, fluid free ride was good to work with and finally, eventually, I got what I ordered.”
