What are you mainly using your scooter for? Commuting
Scooter is great wish there were more hybrid off road tires available for the scooter to help with the roads since there’s a lot of gravel and uneven streets. I would recommend having the suspension toward the middle of stiff and soft helps with the pot holes. The abs isn’t smooth you’ll feel the magnets in the motor skip instead of a smooth deceleration, also you’re going to need to give yourself a lot more distance for braking if you’re going at high speeds, if not just expect to have the rear tire skid a little since the brakes are a lot more than you’d expect. If you have to ride in wet conditions no matter what don’t go at higher speeds and give yourself a lot of room to slow down you will be skidding a bit before you slow down. Scooter is built pretty well overall if you’re an aggressive rider it’ll suit a good amount of the needs but get a steering dampener to keep stability higher, get a little bit of wobbles here and there. Rear fender will still have mud/water kicked up even with the factory extended fender. I’m still able to keep up with traffic so it helps but always assumed that drivers don’t see you!

Ive bought the Mantis King GT upgrading from a Dualtron mini limited and wowwwww! Has such great adjustable suspension and eats up any uneven pavement cracks and glides ride over the cable car tracks in SF! I weigh 125lbs and this thing pulls me up practically any steep hill in SF and is a straight runnnnerrrr on flat land!!!

Would of liked the hybrid tires but the street tires feel great. The Mantis King GT was a great pick. Its light weight and has some serious torque. Goes up hills with ease which was a concern for me.

What are you mainly using your scooter for? A paper weight
I bought a Mantis King GT to replace my old scooter. After spending the time to unbox and put the new scooter together I noticed that it was not charging after several hours on the chargers. I then test-drove it on the existing charge and nearly flew over the handlebars while pressing the brakes. Normally while pressing on the brakes they would maintain a steady resistance, but these increased in stopping pressure while maintaining the same grip. The throttle has a huge dead zone in the beginning so when you press on the throttle it kicks in fast pulling the scooter causing you to lose control over the throttle jerking the scooter back and forth as you lose grip. I contacted customer service and after 36 hours Jose replied only answering 2 of my 4 questions. without solving the charging issue. I then replied again mentioning the issues with acceleration and braking only to be told he wanted a video of the issue while it was suspended. I mentioned that it would not show anything as the scooter would need to be under load to possibly show the flaw. I also stated that it is a dangerous situation and would not risk injury taking a video. It became very clear that they were not interested in making sure I was a satisfied customer. They were trying to evade responsibility for their faulty product. Upon further research, it is a common complaint about both the brakes and dead zone in the throttle with these scooters. I later figured out that the charging issues are because the charging ports are not keyed, so if you don't put them in the incorrect way the unit will not charge, but Jose did not mention this. Again, a faulty design. I recommend staying far away from this company.
