Finally received a rear motor after over 6 months waiting for it to Be back in stock. I have the older V2 model (Mantis All Power And Range) which has since been discontinued. My mechanic noticed when he installed the new motor that it didn’t quite fit right, and no matter how he rewired it the wheel would spin backwards. Flipping the controller around fixed that problem and the scooter is running great so far. Just know that the V2 motor on the older model scooter may need some tweaking.

My one star is not based on the product but the company. I tried for a month to get this part. I would check back periodically. Tami (my customer support agent) promised me at least 3 times it would be back in stock, and all three times it was not. Because of this I was promised a free accessory. It has been about 2 weeks at this point so I was pretty frustrated as I use my scooter to commute to work, but it was alright because tami said they would be in stock in the next couple days. A couple days later I got an email from Tami saying that because I hadn’t purchased my scooter from fluid that they would no longer honor the free accessory they promised me. At this point it has been 3 weeks. I was obviously upset and sated as such. I was then told “I’m sorry” by Tami and given a 10% off code and told the part would be back in stock soon. I left a review about Tami and kept waiting… finally I receive an email from Tami. She says the part is back in stock online. She then proceeds to tell me the negative review I left her was unfair. At this point my need for the part outweighs how upset I am and I just want this all to be over. So I go check online. And surprise it isn’t in stock. After another day of emailing Tami tells me it is 100% good to go. I go to put in the tiny 10% coupon that I received after I was told I could no longer get an accessory and that didn’t even work. Long story short I paid full price after waiting a month. Tami then says they will overnight it to me because it has taken so long and it will go out that day (that day is Friday) I check on Monday and it says it hasn’t left. So I call the company and wait, what’s this now? They lied to me and didn’t send it out until the end of the business day on Monday… 4 days later. I tried to be connected with management but I was brushed of and sent an email that said “sorry it won’t happen again”. That being said the motor has now been installed and works amazing. But I will never purchase from this company again and caution all others against them too.
