“Took my Mantis King GT in one of the SF locations for them to repair and the mechanic there is a super chill really nice dude and got it fixed for me as soon as he could I couldn’t recommend his work even more very glad they have him there and always gives great advice for maintenance on my scooter etc. As for the customer service line for FluidFreeRide is pretty shitty they give a lot of misinformation and just beat around the bush when it comes to things but that has nothing to do with the workers at the SF location.”
