“Very sad about my wasted day driving all the way to Miami today as instructed on Friday(yesterday) and effectively wasting my entire Saturday. I left my house at 6am to be there before you opened. I waited there 1.5 hours. The store never opened. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone after waiting 45 min on hold. Left a message and drove home to Sarasota through traffic and rain/construction on Alligator Alley...torture. This has been a nightmare. I wish I never bought this scooter”
