“Hello I received my Nami and absolutely love this product and your sales team. Only issue was shipping with FedEx was horrible. FedEx guy was literally flipping my box around in the back of his truck like nothing important probably because there were no fragile or this side up decals on the box. Both brake rotors were extremely bent and other minor parts as well as the display scratched because handlebar was not secure. Fluid free ride was a pleasure dealing with getting me the necessary parts out to me though and I was very happy when I was able to start using my scooter. Definitely would recommend this company to others especially if they can go to one of your locations in person. Ty very much for my awesome Nami Burn E!! Best scooter on the planet”
