“I recently purchased Nami Burn E2 Max from FluidFreeRide. There are multiple factors that I considered when choosing this particular scooter - these are range, comfort, speed , offroad capabilities and weight. This scooter checked all the boxes for me. Burn E has 11 inch tires, which are considered standard in scooter industry, hence PMT and offroad tires are available for it, even though the CST tires it comes with do fine on fine gravel and I am not going to swap them for now. Nami scooters are very powerful and Burn E2 Max is no exception, it literally rips, I tuned down acceleration to the lowest to get used to it and reduced the top speed in D mode, which I use to 30mph. Also electronic braking got much better with the latest controllers and software updates. Even though I turned it off completely and just rely on mechanicas 4 piston brakes, I was pleasantly suprised to see that level 1 electronic braking is no longer as agresive as it is on Nami Klima with older controllers, which I have. The hydrollic coil suspension is top notch and can be adjusted for your weight and terrain, the scooter literally glides like a boat. The foot stand is very large and makes it very comfortable to take any stance you'd like. The scooter is ultra efficient in terms of power consumption, when I ride 20-30 mph, I get about 100 miles worth of range (11.7 miles ridden leaves me with 87% battery left). Overall very happy with the purchase. Just one note , if you have stairs that you need to climb and live in an appartment upstairs, it might be better to go for a Nami Klima instead. I have just one flight of stairs and it's doable, but if you have 10 flights of stairs and no elevator, Nami Klima might be a better option for you.”
“The nami e burn is the fastest and safest scooter I’ve ever rode not to mention the team at fluid ride is 100% available to assist with getting all your questions asked”

“I purchased this scooter after much review and research. I was excited to get it. Once I did receive it it ran fine but the electronics did not work. I had to contact service multiple times and did not get a resolution. I was able to fix most of it myself after hours of effort. The o my thing I could not get working was the front headlamp. I reached out again and was told that there were issues with a batch of scooters and that parts would be sent to me. I eventually received them but did not know how to install. Service sent some pictures and instructions. Turns out it was easy but is not the experience I would have expected (having to fix things) on a brand new scooter. Suffice to say I have it all working now.”
“I've been working so much that I didn't get a chance to unbox my Nami till today. My first Nami came with a broken front brake line. The company sent me a new one but it cost me $79 to get it changed. Now I get a 2nd Nami and the headlight isn't working. ♂️As you can see the lights are on underneath the scooter but the headlight is off.”
