“For someone who loves honey, the Sidr honey has a wonderful not too sweet a taste. As I’ve encountered this honey previously I was sure of the flavour and I wasn’t disappointed by what I tasted. It’s very dark and that reflects the mountainous region from where it is harvested in the Yemen. The jar also has a quality feel to it with a wooden lid. Something I’ve not encountered before but certainly appreciate. The flavour is deep and rich if you’re looking for something almost treacly. The jar came well packaged with a swift delivery.
