“Everything was well packed and looked very good and I felt sure the recipient would be pleased with the content. HOWEVER, on a second inspection after delivery, the cordial bottle had leaked! Following an email with photos to express disappointment, FodaBox dealt with the matter very quickly. The one bottle of cordial was replaced immediately along with another two! Very good customer service and very well pleased with the outcome.”

“It pains me to only give 3 stars because normally it will be 5! I ordered a vegan box to be delivered by Christmas (as advertised that it would definitely) only to receive an apology email because it hadn't shipped (even though I received an email to say that it was being prepared for shipping). So now I have a choice to cancel the order or let it be shipped but not to be delivered until possibly after the New Year. I love this company but this time, they kinda let me down. I will use them again because everyone has a hiccup from time to time.”

“I bought a hamper for a friend for Christmas. Her comment was "My vegan hamper was beautifully presented and full of goodies". So I guess she was pleased with it.”
