“This is not a duplicate review I ordered x 3. The product itself is excellent and it arrived on time. However, the delivery was appalling. The item was barely inside the box, the packaging was in tatters, and the goods were exposed. When I eventually managed to speak to a human and sent photos, even they said it was the worst delivery they had ever seen. The solution is simple: change your courier and ditch the automated chat—customers need access to real people when things go wrong.”
