Read For Small Hands Reviews

Highly recommended by teachers for use at home. Children can serve themselves independently by twisting the plastic lid open to pour, then twisting it again to close. Easy-grasp handle and nearly dripless spout. Not recommended for hot liquids. Pitcher is dishwasher-safe. Lid is BPA-free polypropylene (plastic #5). Holds 16¾ ounces; 3¼"" base x 6"" high. Please note: The lid on this pitcher is designed so that it will turn easily--it does not seal the pitcher.

It's a perfect size for young hands (four-year-old). It's not too big to carry when full of watered-down juice. It makes our lives easier, too--fill it once every few days and our boy can get his own drink. Would definitely buy again.

My 5 year old daughter loves using this at meals, as well as for play. They have the same ones in her classroom to serve water at meals and for pouring activities. I like that I can give her a small glass at the table, which is easier for her to manage, but I don't have to keep getting up to refill it throughout the meal! She likes serving her friends and her little brother with it, too.

We use these in our Primary Montessori classroom daily for snacktime and lunch, and they hold up beautifully! I also have one at home for my children, and I'd recommend to anyone who wants her children to be more independent.

We use this pitcher to hold milk in the fridge on the kids' shelf. It's also great for water when we have a group of kids over. I just put out the glasses and the pitcher and they help themselves. I love that the size is just right to hold enough milk for a couple of days, the handle is in the right spot for the kids, and I love that it's glass. I wish there was a different one I could get with an airtight lid for things that need to be shook, like orange juice. I'd buy that too!

It's a perfect size for his hands and he can pour his own milk or juice. Great for little-helpers and I-can-do-it-myselfers.

Having this pitcher out and available for my son to pour himself water whenever he is thirsty has been a small but important step towards increased independence. He LOVES that he doesn't even need to ask me for a drink and I love watching him do this all by himself.

My kids love this pitcher. My 2-1/2 yr old love to pour milk on her own cereal. Using this at meals keeps me in my chair instead of jumping up to fill glasses. I didn't give it 5 stars, because the pitcher doesn't seal. I worry about milk spoiling in it. Even in the refrigerator, I feel the need to empty and wash the pitcher every day.
