This game with the board and pieces is lovely and well made. It is all high quality. The game is fun for very young children. It is the perfect first game for 3 year olds. My grand daughter who is almost 4 enjoyed playing it for 2 games in a row but i think she would be bored with it any longer. I am looking forward to giving it to my grandson on his 3rd birthday. The puzzle is a bit challenging and does add another dimension of fun if your little one is interested in puzzles. The game is great because it is so visually attractive. It is not so great because children outgrow the fun of it so quickly.

Beautiful well made game (if you are trying to get away from plastic junk). This one will last to be passed down to the next set of kids. I bought it for my 5 yr old (rated age 3-8). She was bored. It is beter for much younger kids (it does have small pieces). Would be the perfect first game for a 3 year old.

My 3-year-old loves this game! She has taught other kids how to play and it really does teach them teamwork. The players compete against the "raven", so they are all on the same team rooting for each other. It's a great first board game for kids.

This game is great even for very little ones. We started this when my daughter was around 2.5. She got the concept pretty quickly. We've had a lot of fun.
