“I liked the taste of this usually these meal replacements are way too sweet but this wasnt. I wanted something filling and easy for my midday meal on the go and this fitted the bill perfectly. I found I got a better mix in my nutribullit than in a shaker but certainly handy to have for quick meal times”

“This box contains a week supply of meal replacements shakes in three flavours, strawberry (5x), vanilla (4x) and chocolate (5x). There are 14 satchets, two to be drank every day. Remember to have a proper meal every day even when using these. The vanilla one was a little too sweet for me but it was okay. Out of all three flavours I like this one the least. The chocolate one was very nice, I enjoyed that one a lot. Strawberry one smelled really nice and I find it very tasty. These meals come in powder form and you prepare them by adding 250 to 300 ml of water and then you just stir it or shake it. So it takes just a few seconds to prepare them. Each meal has only 204 calories and is packed with nutrients. I find that they are satisfying and I am not too hungry after drinking one.”

“Very surprised on these as I had used other brands in the past which were ok but some can taste very powdery but these don't. I have one of these each morning with a banana mixed in and use my bullet mixer then add ice to give a really thick shake and this is my breakfast and then I go swimming for about 1.5 hours and it keeps me going. I have no hunger pangs and it is a nice filling shake, the best part it does not taste powdery and it is replacing my breakfast meal to help me lose weight. You do have 3 different flavours, strawberry which I really like, vanilla and chocolate and they come foil sealed so ideal if wanting to take one with you when out and about. I mix mine with semi skimmed milk as water is not ideal, its not filling enough is just made with water so use milk and add some fruit to make a delicious shake or even add yogurt as that is nice aswell, very happy with these and have lost 2 pounds in my first week just eating healthy and replacing one of these for my breakfast.”

“I am satisfied. Very fast delivery, high quality products. There are no complaints, but I use it only for two days, so nothing much can not tell. Only that easy to use, swallow do not cause allergies, not taste. I will continue to use.”

“These are lovely and I will be buying these again. You make them with water which is great as I have tried the milk ones and I find them very heavy and I gave up drinking them but these are lovely and the flavours are lovely. They are easy to make I just put them in a shaker shake for a min then pour into my glass. I haven't noticed much difference at the moment but its early days.”

“These shakes have been used as directed as well as for the Newcastle diet. The flavours are much nicer than other shakes I've tried, chocolate flavour tastes like Nesquik, vanilla tastes slightly like rice pudding, and strawberry is very creamy like a normal milkshake. Personally I have seen results whilst using these shakes and working out, and am impressed with the protein content.”
