“With the regular aim of looking slim and in shape, I was too tempted to buy this.. Even though it was hard to believe at first as to how I could skip my meal.. But it has actually turned into a reality!! As the description says, have 2 drinks a day to lose weight and 1 drink to maintain.. But still, I prefer to have just 1 drink a day and eat my other 2 meals as usual.. But yes, the other 2 meals which I have are completely healthy like oats in the morning and then lentils for my lunch.. The reason I chose to have this shake as a replacement for my dinner is because I always tend to have a very heavy dinner which I know is a completely wrong practice.. So I thought why not replace the most heavy meal.. The pack contains 14 sachets of 5 chocolate, 5 strawberry and 4 vanilla.. I have tried all 3 and can undoubtedly say that the best is chocolate.. And the least favourite being Vanilla.. It's actually not bad but just a bit too sweet for me.. Chocolate and strawberry taste really good with nice flavours and aren't too sweet as well.. All the flavours mix up really well in water and there isn't any need to use a blender.. However, I use my shaker to make it and is done instantly, leaving no lumps behind.. I sometimes put it in a glass with an ice cube and mix it with a spoon.. Either way, the lumps are never there which is impressive as it saves my time of making in a blender..”

“I recently brought at Boots along with the shaker and absolutely love it, considering its made with water you would expect a watery taste but the taste is amazing reminding me of a thick shake without the calories! I don't feel bloated and my tummy feels flatter after two weeks. Would deginitely recommend! I just wish you could have more than two a day!”

“Shakes taste delicious especialky with ice cold water , i have seen a visable differencebin my body within the first week . You mus go to the gym whilst using these though . As for the shaker it is brilliant , makes the shakes so smooth and is good as a water bottle as it holds up to 20 fl Oz”
