Hi Graham Thanks for your feedback. Both products, the ones you are reviewing and the ones you have previously ordered, are made by Fer a Cheval. The current product is Fer a Cheval's own brand and is made with 100% Olive Oil. The others are made by them for La Maison Du Savon De Marseille and formulated with 60% Olive Oil, 20% Coconut Oil and 10% Palm Oil. Neither contain sulphates, an ingredient added to most readily available soaps to add lather, but the oils will make a difference, as too the temperature at the time of use and the time of manufacture. They are a 'living product' so will also vary batch to batch and as they age as well.
