“Love these soaps! This is the 3rd time I have ordered soap and will now not use anything else. I have always struggled with dry itchy skin and since using these soaps, my skin feels much better. They smell amazing and last for ages. They are a good price, fast delivery and well packaged. I have never needed customer services so I can't comment but all communication I have had has been spot on. I really cannot fault the company or products!”

“As always, I'm delighted with my shopping experience with French Soaps! The website is easy to navigate and there are a wide variety of French soaps offered. I particularly love the Lavender & Patchouli Marseille soap bars as well as the Fer a Cheval washing-up liquid, available in a handy 2 litre refill size. 😎 I also like to spoil my Mum with their Marseille soaps - she loves them! 🧼🫧 On the rare occasion that I've had a question or needed extra assistance, French Soaps lovely customer service people are always a pleasure to deal with. Orders are always carefully picked and eco-responsibly packed and swiftly shipped & delivered! I highly recommend French Soaps! Thank you so much! 😊”

“My first purchase from French Soaps was inspired by my memorable experiences using French soaps during my time in France. The quality and craftsmanship of the products I bought from this company instantly transported me back to summers in Provence and winters in Paris, evoking a true sense of luxury and tradition. Recently, after experiencing a bereavement, I wanted to gift a selection of soaps to friends and family who had been supporting me during this difficult time. Unfortunately, the soaps I wanted were out of stock when I tried to place my order. I left a message with customer service requesting an update on the items, and I received a response from Paul, one of the company's co-founders. Despite the company going through a logistical transition, I was overwhelmed by the care and attention I received. In an era where genuine customer service is increasingly rare, this experience was a refreshing reminder of the value of professionalism and customer-centric practices. “I've been using soap from this place for a month now. I'm never using anything else. Absolutely top notch stuff. If my word isn't good enough then my two teenage daughters have also demanded I keep the stock up. It's not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for.”

“The soaps arrived this morning, as expected. The packaging was really eco friendly and could be recycled, which is great. As for the soaps....WOW! these smell amazing and it is wonderful to have the aroma of Provence already filling the bathroom. My wife and I are delighted with the purchase and will shortly be ordering again to get some Christmas presents for family. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service. I would recommend your family business to anyone.”

“The BEST company ever. Prompt service, excellent delivery times, always at the end of the phone for any queries. The products are outstanding and fantastic value for money. Every purchase I have made, has done exactly as it says, with the added bonus of chemical free fragrances and ingredients. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you to Victoria and her team. My cleaning store cupboard has taken on a new look and gorgeous fragrance. Soaps awaiting use, stored in my linen cupboard, have also the added bonus of beautifully fragrancing my linen. The products last well and a minimal amount is necessary to have shiny, chemical free home. A massive thank you to a company well worth a mention.”
