“Fast delivery but very disappointing product. I ordered various bottles of five different fragrances of liquid soaps - intending to give as presents. However, the only one with a definite scent (still weak) was the Rose. The others were so weak it is hard to tell them apart (and it is not just me who thinks this - I got family members to sniff them too). Also they have a very watery consistency. They are not good enough to gift to anyone. I have just emailed the company re getting a refund - I suspect they will want me to pay postage, which I would not be happy with because I believe these products are not as advertised. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews - are they genuine?”

“The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Shocking lady based in Harrogate who appears to run the business based on accusations when it is their own goods out department at fault. Accused of lying, deceit and then when offering a solution of either a credit or to ship with our next order (when we were willing to order again before being treated/accused like a criminal would be) was advised that they obviously can't please and to go to Amazon as we obviously don't like buying from small producers (we try to do shop small where possible). If you like good customer service, I'd highly suggest going elsewhere.”

Hi Andy As you are aware we had various communications from your wife before you called us on Friday evening. At no point did we accuse her of lying and at every step we offered solutions and explained what we had already done...all of which were rejected. We concluded that in the interests of true customer service and resolving any dispute the only option was to refund her entire order as there was simply no other option that was acceptable to her. She wasn't happy with this either and asked you to call us. We asked you on the phone what you would like us to do/or to have done and you weren't able to give any answer to this other than throwing accusations our way about poor service. Thank you for sharing your feelings, we do hope you are enjoying using your products. FS

“I purchased your Eau de toilette Patchouli from Grasse and very disappointed ! I have always loved the heady aroma of Patchouli from back in the 70's............ (I'm 68 ) but It does not smell anything like it ! ! Far to sweet and heavy, so feel I've wasted my money ! ! ! Love your soaps BTW.”

Bonjour Christina Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed with your product. interpretations of Patchouli really do vary, that's clear just from our soaps from different brands. “The soaps just dont have any scent they should have been called the brown,green and red soap , gutted I thought I'd found a soap that I would just keep ordering but I don't think I'll be ordering anymore .”
