My saw performs well. There are few minor things, but, nothing major. It needs a handle in the middle of the carriage, Not just on the side to push on when starting a cut.

Starts most every time on the first pull and has all the power I need

Assembly instructions are sub par- have had the mill set up for months and the cable system that holds the head up is a poor design. It sags and cuts tapers- would have probably bought a green mill had I known this. Was missing a bunch of hardware when I got it- customer service was great- going to work with them again on head sag

Starts on first or second pull most times. Has good power for a 144" x 1 1/4" blade. Gets pretty good fuel economy also. My only real gripe is the idle. Not having an Idle stop is a terrible design flaw. You have to use the throttle cable to adjust the idle. I was dumbfounded when I discovered this. I've been around all sorts of engines for the last 50 years and I have never seen anything like this. Other than that, it does a pretty good job.

The instruction manual was easy to follow and only took a Saturday to complete it. Very pleased with it so far. Easy to set up and use for sure.

Check all bolts on cutting head after a few hours of use, as well keep checking saw blade alignment. Had a roller bearing fall out of a guide. Saw has run flawlessly other than this. Make sure to drop log rests as you go.

I’ve been using this for about a year now, right off the bat the throttle clamp slips and I had to jimmy rig it to get it to hold the cable. I also replaced the cheap bulkhead valve o. The water tank to a brass one. The original was too hard to turn and caused it to rip the grommet that holds it in the tank. But the mill works great I recommend the trailer kit even if it’s stationary, moving this mill is not an easy task without it.
