“The product itself is beautiful. My only complaint is that I ordered with the understanding, per emails from Frost Buddy, that it would be delivered before Christmas. My order was placed on December 13th. It wasn’t even prepared for shipping until December 19th and did not arrive until December 27th. I was disappointed that it took so long, and even more disappointed that it arrived well after Christmas. I love all of my Frost Buddy products, but shipping this time was a big issue.”
