As a truck driver I drink a lot of energy drinks and I had been looking for a way to keep them cold and also to keep them from rattling in the cup holder in the truck. “All right, so first of all I would like to say that this product is amazing. The only reason that I am giving it 4 stars is due to the design. I chose this one because I am in nursing school and have many friends that work as first responders. In my option, I wish the back ground was a light grey or even a white instead of the black. The words that are blue and green are harder to see and read with the black background unless you are in a very very well lit area. (Maybe an updated version or option of grey or white can be made in the future). Anyways, when you look at the video I attached the bottom military work starts off perfectly straight, but as you continue to turn the can from right to left the word becomes crooked. Yes, this is such a minor detail and I can just be very picky, however I like what I pay for to be perfect. I've had many other company's that I have purchased from similar to the universal buddy and have never came across this issue. Anyways I had contacted customer service for an exchange and was told that I had to pay for shipping to return to get a new one. In my head that didn't make sense for me to pay to return something that has a cosmetic defect, granted if it was a design that I just wasn't feeling then yes I would totally pay the shipping to return it. Anyways, the company ended up sending me a replacement for free which I was really grateful. Unfortunately, the design flaw still exists in the new replacement. This is why I am giving 4 stars. There customer service takes sometime to reply, but they did do their best to find a solution. I ended up buying two more different designs anyways. :)”

“It’s pricy for my comfortable price range. 12 fl oz means 12 fl oz. Dropped it out of the tree to test durability held up nicely including paint. My wife tries sneaking off to work with it”
