“Their idea of protection was to put this metal bottle in a flimsy paper box and put it in a shipping bag. It’s metal? So they know scraps of cardboard won’t actually stop it from being damaged right ? Feels silly to pay extra for protection and it wasn’t even protected. The box was falling off the bottle when I took ir por from being thrown around. Would they have slapped a label on it directly and sent it like that??”
