“Items were placed in an unpadded envelope, and all three of the original boxes were so badly torn up that I couldn't use any of the boxes for gift packaging.”
“I tried to cancel the order several times because there was a delay in shipping and it was not going to arrive when needed. When I finally got a response, I was told my emails had all gone to their spam folder so the items were shipped anyway. Now I am constantly sending emails trying to get return labels as they are not provided in the package. They want me to prove that the products were not used???? Seriously??? I just want my refund!!!!! These things were expensive and not worth this aggravation. Won't be ordering again.”
