“I ordered two universal 2.0s during the summer. We were very happy as they were just as described. I decided to order the mug buddy a few weeks ago. I received it in a timely manner but it appeared that the shipping company had handled the package rather harshly and the lid and mug were damaged. I emailed customer service and they mailed me a new one the next day. Can’t ask for better customer service than that! Thank you.”
