“I think you have an amazing product. I had planned on purchasing more and using them for my business. I do cricut designs and all 4 I purchased were for a client for birthday girls weekend, but unfortunately my girlfriend ordered just the insert by mistake and your customer service didn’t do much to help her rectify the issue other than tell her to mail it back at her expense. There could have been many other options to help her fix the mistake. So therefore I can not support your company and will seek another company with a similar product to use for my business.”
