“I love the frost buddy! My husband and I love them so much we wanted to share them with family, so we bought them for Christmas Gifts. I ordered a red and a black one. I received 1 red and 1 blue. I immediately alerted them to the error and they sent me a black one without question and free of charge. Or so I thought....I actually received an American Flag, not a black one as I had originally ordered :(. I had waited so long for the replacement I had to just go with it and mail the Christmas Gifts. Very disappointed, however we have chalked it up to a busy holiday season and not enough help!”
