“Bought the hibiscus water bottle for my granddaughter for Christmas, realized a few days later hadn’t received the matching free bumper Buddy that ordered. Immediately sent an email praising the order that I had received and explained hadn’t received the bumper Buddy. Almost immediately got a message saying my order had been received, and less than an hour later that it had been shipped. That is what I call service! The hibiscus Bumper Buddy matches the Hibiscus Water Bottle perfectly, and more importantly, granddaughter loves the water bottle! Wish I had gotten a picture of her with it. It also appears will need to get some more as other granddaughters are jelly.”
