“Current have two 40oz sports buddies purchased last year in 2022. The lid on one has since cracked so ordered the replacement lids (in black). Unfortunately there is an issue and the lids do not fit properly (don’t connect in the thread and screw all of the way down). Worked with customer service and received a refund but still did not solve my problem with needing a replacement. I did ask customer service if another color lid would work but they could not confirm.”

“I love all of my FrostBuddy products and when I had a cracked lid on my Sport Buddy, I emailed them in the middle of the night and they responded immediately and got a replacement out to me the next day. It’s a bonus that they are Hoosier alums as well!”
