“Overall happy with the product. It does exactly what they advertise. I haven't had a lot of opportunity yet to use them so I gave 4 stars. I did have trouble with shipping. Ups transferred to usps and somewhere a long the line I didn't get my package. Neither shipping office was helpful in trying to locate my package. I didn't pay for the extra insurance, honestly don't remember the option when ordering. This was my 1st purchase so I was extremely disappointed. However, after some pushing frostbuddy resent my order so it worked out in the end.”
