“I am enjoying my Frost Buddy very much. I was just a little disappointed in the packaging. First because I had a delivery issue. My tracking number stated that it had been delivered on my porch. But it really hadn’t & I thought that maybe it was delivered to a different address. So I called customer service & was told to check with neighbors because it might’ve been delivered to the wrong address. I did, but no success. It was now a couple days later & I had gone to the grocery store, when I came home it was on the front porch, guess I’ll never really know what happened… Second disappointment was in the packaging, it had a picture of my Merica Frost Buddy right on the box, no discretion, if someone dishonest had received it by mistake & saw it they might’ve kept it for themselves because it’s absolutely gorgeous!! I think there needs to be a better way to package these products especially around the holidays coming up!! Thx…”
