“I have enjoyed it so far. I took it on a short road trip and it kept my 16 oz. bottle of tea cool enough but not refrigerator cold. One thing that I was dismayed about is that in watching the video I thought the the lid to make it a tumbler to have coffee in was included and when I received it there was no lid. I watched the video again and saw when the part about the tumbler I noticed a very quick pop up saying lid is not included. It should be more clear in your video that it is not included.”
