“I love this company! I ordered a koozie but when I opened the packaged the koozie was damaged. I sent the support team pictures of the damaged koozie and damaged packing. They responded in less than 24 hours saying that they would be sending me a new one and in less than a week my new koozie was here. I will continue to use this company because of their excellent customer service skills. Love when company’s care about their customers!!!”
