“I worked to get a custom logo done and the customer service was on point. A few hiccups along the way but I was asking kind of a lot. However they corrected everything with no issues were so great and quick! I can’t say enough good things about customer service. I was contacted and alerted to the issue prior to even receiving the order and plan in place right after I recieve it so we could fix it. Amazing!!”
“customization came out nice and the wife is happy with it. Only issue i have is when you do put a cup from starbucks or dutch brothers the lid sits right on the top of the frost buddy and with the weight of the drink on the lid it tends to slip off. Need to have a insert or something to sit on the inside of the frost buddy?”
