Very disappointed in this product. I love the frost buddy so much, I had no doubt it would work, so I threw away the box…but I shouldn’t have because my coffee never stayed hot like they stated it would. After pouring hot coffee and closing the lid, the lid pops open, so it’s not safe if you’re not paying attention.
I did call to return it, but I couldn’t since I didn’t keep the box, so I just threw it away.”
