“So after my first sport buddy fell and the handle broke and I questioned the durability and the 24 hour ice cold claim I contacted customer service and was sent a new one. The second one came in and I again questioned the ice cold claim and asked and was sent a third sport buddy and I still question the 24+ hr ice cold claim. Don’t get me wrong it will keep my water ice cold for about 8 to 9 hours at work but no 24 hrs. I do like the construction and functionality of it. I have others that keep ice cold for well over a day.

“I gifted this one to my step-daughter because I ended up getting a 40oz for myself. It is the perfect size for her 9 year old self. She is in love with it! She wanted to be a part of the family, and since the Thiccs and TGB are a little to big for her needs still, this was one of the best ways to go. The only reason it has 4 stars is because getting the paracord rope and d-clip part back on after washing requires her to keep asking me for help, and sometimes it takes me a moment longer than I would like to get it. That was after I figured out the method, defintely pay attention to how it's layered before you take it off and then you'll have an easier time! It insulates cold very well, have not used it for hot liquids. Great purchase!”
