“Love how it keeps my drinks cold (hot too presumably but haven’t tried it yet) and fits so many cups. One suggestion: an option to buy a rubber gasket that has a slightly bigger opening. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and their large drink cup is styrofoam and too big to fit in the Thicc Buddy (TB) with the insert and too small to catch the rim of the TB without the insert. This becomes a bit janky when trying to remove the cup from the TB. Love it still”
“She loves it now. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the very first one broke within 24 hours. She was only twisting off the lid when the cup broke. Was quickly replaced after I sent pictures of where it broke. This one is holding up great.”
