“After placing one of the first preorders for a gift for my son I never received anything. We are frost buddy junkies have at least 5-6 universals. Reached out and they told me finally it was ready to ship. Weeks went by and nothing. I reached out again and was told oops we never shipped yours and now we don’t have any glow in the dark. If you want one you’ll have to wait. If you want it now (after waiting months for a gift ) you’ll have to pick a design we have for you (not one I wanted for my 20 year old son). I was a little taken back that after their mistake I had to wait even longer so we took one of their offered designs. It’s a good cup (like all the products ) but the response and customer service for a loyal customer …made me feel I wasn’t important and my business didn’t matter. I really wanted the glow in the dark for my son but that didn’t happen and so I really can’t review this product and I’m not sure if we will ever purchase more just for how we were made to feel. Disappointed, not in the frost buddy , but in the company.”
