“The product is a great idea. Great color and size. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a broken lid so it can only be used to hold other cups. I am sure the product would be great if they were not dropped during packing or shipping. Couldn't get a replacement lid because they are not sold separately. I settled for a partial refund. Customer service was fast to reply so that is a plus.”
“So happy I slurged on this. It's my new favorite cup to brew iced coffee and cold brew straight into. I still have tons of ice left at the end of my work day (brew at 5:30a and end work at 3:30p). My cup is super cute in pink and doesn't leak at all with the lid closed. When using it for my to-go Dunkin, it keeps my drink perfectly cold and my hands free of condensation. Can't wait until they have a handle available for this.”
