True to color and what it can hold. I love that it can hold different types of bottles and cans!

Bought the 2.0 for a Christmas present for my husband. He loves it. He usually drinks 12 oz cans but when we travel sometimes he buys the pony bottles & they don't fit in his old one. EVERYTHING fits this!!! Bottles, cans ,12 oz, EVERYTHING. Awesome. Thanks y'all!

Love love love!!! I was asked so many times to use during my camping trip when I wasn’t drinking something!! Everyone wants one, I bought 4, I need to buy 10 next time!!

My order was a rather frustrating experience with a happy ending. I placed my order for 12 Frost Buddy's on 11/13. I was informed that shipping would be 5-8 days. On 11/30 I emailed a request to check on the status of my order. I immediately received an email response in which customer service asked me to wait until 30 days has passed and if it wasn't yet received then reach out again to let them know. On 12/8 I received notice through my shipping tracker that my package was damaged and sent back to the company. I emailed the company about this and they responded right away via email providing a hyperlink to a claims form where I filled out my portion but the form kept bouncing me back to the start page. I emailed them again to which they provided me with a Route Order # for my package. I still had the same problem with the online claim form though. I looked all over for a customer service phone number but there isn't one on their website, Google, etc. I emailed them yet again asking for a phone number to call because emailing wasn't getting me any resolution & they responded right away apologizing for the inconvenience and stated that they have now processed the replacement order for me. I received the order on 12/14. These products are great quality & are loved by everyone I gifted them to. Some even used them immediately after opening them during our Christmas Eve party! If I had any suggestions it would be to 1) fix whatever is wrong with the online claim form 2) provide a customer service phone number for issues that may arise. Correspondence via email is is useful, but there's nothing like problem solving the good old fashioned way with a phone call.
