“Great customer service. Ordered for presents and when I ordered the wrong color, I emailed right away and got a response quickly and was able to adjust my order and made the receiver of the gift very happy. Was put to use immediately and worked well. Only downside was water bottle didn't seem to fit as well, but those vary in size.”
