“Fudge itself incredible tasting, nice to see the quality hasn't changed in the years I haven't had any. A hit of nostalgia came over from back when I used to get this stuff locally (sadly the oxford store doesn't exist anymore).
Sadly there were some negatives. Firstly it sucks the range to pick from is alot more limited online, especially when the nearest store now is like nearly 2 hours away. Next was the delivery itself. It was very clear that the day I selected was not the delivery date and this resulted in my parcel not arriving for when I expected. When I emailed I didn't get the most helpful reply and found it quite frustrating. And then my parcel was running late within the period I was told to expect it, to which it got to 48 hours and I emailed again. While waiting for a reply, my parcel turned up thankfully, which I was relieved with only to then finally get a reply from customer services to say they could see I've got my order. They mentioned there was a quicker delivery option but I never saw this option when I originally ordered (perhaps a technical issue? I know these things can happen) but as they even submitted themselves it's quite pricey anywhere and the 48hour itself was quite pricey.
It's a shame because I was an avid customer back when there was a store in oxford but im unsure about being a customer online.
I ordered on a friday, only option to despatch was Monday (which I thought was my delivery date I was selecting). I didn't recieve my parcel till Wednesday eve. I appreciate there may have been some misunderstanding on my part. But I just didn't feel it was handled particularly well.”

I’ve usually just gone in the shop(s) to buy Fudge Kitchen’s Fudge. However after having some really rather rubbish surgery, I knew I wouldn’t be able to do this for a while, and I needed desperately cheering up. I was a little nervous about getting it boxed up and sent in the post, after all… how fresh would it actually be?? Well just as fresh as the stuff I get in the shop myself! Delicious! I asked for a little cheer me up note (nobody would be buying me any get well fudge other than myself after all) and the team sent a lovely little note that put a smile on this poorly girl’s face! Thank you for cheering me up, and filling me up with your scrummy fudge you lovely people!

“This is 2nd time I have ordered a box frist was present and they loved second was mine it was divine my favourite was coffee the sweet bitter taste was to die for. I loved all flavours it was amazingly presented and worth every penny”
