“We have tried lots of the different fudge recipes, and are pretty sure this one is the best. Is it the best thing we've ever tasted, not limited to fudge? Probably. The mix of the salt and sweet is perfect, the texture and consistency is perfect. I don't like dark chocolate, but don't let that put you off - this fudge is perfect even if you don't like dark chocolate”
