“It’s been almost two years since I made a complaint, where I was later told I would be given a replacement mat. Not only did I pay for the shipping for the extra mat (which by the way was duplicated for each mat and costed me extra) but it’s not been over a year and I haven’t received it! Despite me contacting them saying they would set one aside and send it to me. At this stage I am considering the process of filing a complaint with the ombudsman. I am forgotten about each time I ring up, told lies that they will get back to me and never do. I am polite and they ghost my calls. I pay for the shipping and they ghost me again. I am not exaggerating. It’s like getting blood from a stone. Fuji, you have my contact details. Sent me my replacement mat this has been the single worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
