“I bought the full set of cartridges to try to save money, as they are considerably cheaper than the ones. I was rather disappointed in the print quality of the black cartridge, so I contacted the seller. Within a matter of minutes I got a reply, suggesting a possible reason for the lack of print quality. The seller said that I could have a full refund or a replacement cartridge sent out the next day. I opted for the replacement cartridge and I am certainly glad I did, the print quality is now fantastic. I would highly recommend both the seller and the cartridges.”

“The toner came securely packaged in its box with a set of instructions. The replacement toner looks just like the original. Since moving over to colour laser I had packed away my old ML-2240 black and white laser printer which I took out of retirement to use this compatible toner cartridge. I set up the printer on best quality with toner saver off. The toner came securely packaged in its box with a set of instructions. As with previous toners I've used in this printer I rocked the toner cartridge from side to side to make sure that the toner was evenly distributed within the cartridge. The replacement toner looks just like the original. Installation was easy simply by opening the front cover and pulling out the old toner and inserting the new one. The replacement slid in effortlessly. When the door was closed and printer powered on I waited about a minute for it to heat up and printed out a test page. The test page came out clear and crisp there was no fading on the edges and the blacks were deep. I regularly use my colour laser to print out leaflets that are black and white so I gave this toner a go and printed out 2000 A4 leaflets. Once the leaflets were printed I took leaflets from the start middle and end of the prints to compare. I was very pleased with the result. Each of the leaflets I pulled looked the same, the black depth, the edges on the lines and text was spot on. I am very pleased with this compatible replacement toner and would recommend it compared to buying the more expensive and lower yield one.”
