“For the price, you'd be daft to buy original toner cartridges that cost almost as much as the machines themselves. I suspect they don't last quite as long, but this is my second non-OEM toner for this printer, and I'm pretty happy. Print quality is good, they last a reasonable length of time (I don't bother keeping a note of page count/install date, as it's a personal device), and don't screw up my printer, but I wish they did an easy recycle service so I could chuck my empties in the post. I wouldn't even mind paying a quid or two towards postage if it saves the energy needed to create a big black plastic lump.”

“I made the mistake of ordering a new official toner cartridge after my printer reported "toner empty" after only 2 months of use. The factory-installed toner actually lasted nearly a year which was great. but finally I installed the new cartridge to discover that it did not work and it was too late to return it. So I ordered one of these instead and it works fine! Will continue to use these and hopefully keep the printer going for another few years. It doesn't matter if this one has a shorter lifespan since the version is a scam.”

“Cheapest way to buy toner cartridge for CLP-310 colour printer works out around Â£25 each, when one fails the rest soon follow so best to have the other ones available. False economy to buy singularly”
